With the sale of its shares, our client guarantees entrepreneurial succession for TTL Technische Textilien Lörrach GmbH & Co. KG, which manufactures high-quality technical textiles and felts for industrial clients. The change of ownership intends to expand the TTL product range and thus ensures stability for the future and the continued positive development of the company. The parties have agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction.
